Install eSIM on iPhone XS / XS Max / XR

Follow these steps to install your travel eSIM. You need your QR code (emailed after purchase) and an internet connection to scan it.

   Settings → Cellular

   Go to Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data). Tap 'Add Cellular Plan'. Scan the QR code when the camera opens.

   Add and confirm

   Tap 'Add Cellular Plan' when prompted. The eSIM installs. You can label it for easy identification.

   Enable when abroad

   At your destination, go to Settings → Cellular, select the travel plan, and turn it on for data. Keep your primary line for calls and texts if needed.
