voyaio is an online business owned and operated by Veltio Inc.. We provide travel eSIM data plans for Canadian travellers. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services.

Information we collect

Order information: Email address, and the destination and plan you purchased. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
Checkout: If you start checkout (enter your email and click Buy), we store that email and product choice so we can follow up if you do not complete the purchase, and to improve our service.
Contact form: Name, email, and message content when you contact us.
Usage: We may use cookies and similar technologies (e.g. Google Tag Manager / analytics) to understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How we use your information

We use your data to: fulfil your order and send your eSIM and receipt; respond to support requests; send order-related emails (e.g. resend QR code); and, if you started checkout but didn't pay, we may send a one-time follow-up about your cart. We may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve our website and offers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sharing your information

We share data only as needed to run our service: with Stripe for payment processing; with our eSIM provider(s) to deliver your plan (e.g. email and order details); and with our email provider (e.g. Resend) to send transactional emails. These providers are bound by their own privacy and data-processing terms. We do not sell or rent your data to marketers or other third parties.

Retention and security

We keep order and contact data for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle support, and comply with legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect your data (e.g. secure connections, access controls). No system is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for any account you create.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request or ask a question about your data, contact us at our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.
