Agreement to terms

voyaio is an online business owned and operated by Veltio Inc.. By using voyaio.com (the “site”) or purchasing a travel eSIM from voyaio (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

Our service

voyaio sells data-only eSIM plans for travel. You choose a destination and plan, pay in CAD, and receive a QR code by email to install the eSIM on a compatible device. Activation and use are subject to the coverage and fair-use policies of our network provider(s). We do not guarantee coverage in every location within a destination.

Eligibility and accuracy

You must be able to enter into a binding contract and use the site in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for providing accurate information (including email) and for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked. We are not liable for failed delivery or activation due to an incorrect email or incompatible device.

Payment and pricing

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is processed by Stripe. Tax (e.g. GST/HST) may be added at checkout where applicable. You are responsible for any bank or currency fees. By completing purchase, you authorize us to charge the total amount and to provide your order details to our eSIM provider to fulfil the order.

Refunds and cancellations

Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases. In short: we do not offer refunds or exchanges once your eSIM has been delivered (QR code sent), due to the digital nature of the product. Exceptions may apply if we fail to deliver or in other limited cases described in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use our site or eSIMs for illegal purposes, to abuse networks or other users, or to circumvent any usage or fair-use limits. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or the policies of our providers.

Intellectual property

The site content, branding, and materials are owned by voyaio or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, voyaio and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g. lost trips, lost data, or business loss) arising from your use of the site or eSIMs. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may notify you by email or a notice on the site.

Governing law and contact

voyaio is operated by Veltio Inc. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. For questions or disputes, please contact us. We will try to resolve issues in good faith.
