Refund Policy

No refunds or exchanges after delivery

Due to the nature of eSIM products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once your eSIM has been delivered (i.e. once the QR code and activation details have been sent to your email). eSIMs are digital products that cannot be returned or “unused” in a way we can verify, and our suppliers do not provide refunds to us for delivered eSIMs. We ask that you choose your destination and plan carefully before purchasing.

Unused data

Unused data expires at the end of your plan’s duration. We do not refund or credit for unused data. Our plans are designed to match typical travel use; if you’re unsure how much you need, use our data calculator or contact us for guidance.

When we may refund or help

We may issue a refund or replacement in limited cases, including:

• We failed to deliver your eSIM – e.g. provisioning failed and we could not send you a working QR code. We will work to fix the issue first; if we cannot, we will refund the purchase.
• Wrong product sent – If we sent you a plan for a different destination or size than you purchased, we will correct it or refund you.
• Duplicate charge – If you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate(s) after verification.

Refunds are not available for: change of mind; choosing the wrong destination or plan; not using the eSIM before it expires; or device compatibility issues (please check compatibility before buying). If you have an activation or connectivity problem, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing can take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not charge a refund fee.
