Can I keep my Canadian phone number?
Voyaio is data-only. On a compatible unlocked dual-SIM phone, keep the Canadian line for calls, SMS and verification, and select the travel eSIM for data.
Do I need to turn off Canadian carrier roaming?
Turn off data roaming on the home line so Rogers, Bell, Telus or another Canadian carrier does not bill travel data. The home carrier may still charge for roaming calls or SMS.
When does the plan start?
Validity follows the specific destination plan terms. Install on Wi-Fi before departure, then follow the selected plan’s activation instructions.
What if I run out of data?
